Wide astro boots

Old newbie here, go easy on me please!

Can anyone recommend good low-top astro boots for wide feet? I bought a pair of Nike Phantom Venom last year but started walking daily in January and I think my feet have flattened out or something, they were pretty tight before but now they're painful to wear.

Not really a player, more an assistant coach for my mini team, so I need to keep the budget low, under €100 and ideally closer to €50 or €60.

you could try this - I've done it before - very easy to do - just need freezer bags that seal - couple of euro

do a couple of times if you need to stretch more

definitely does help but actually wearing them usually stretches them out also

I put my boots on after a year of runners and got blisters :0 My feet had turned into plates!!! I broke them back in again by wearing them with hiking socks while watching tv and then using them for short periods of time to walk in until my feet got used to them again!!! Might be worth trying before you fork out again!?

Well done on the coaching - unsung heros! EspeciaLly the assistants!!

I'd try this on your existing pair first, even do it a few times

else this site is great value for boots.

in my experience Nike astro boots are pretty tight fitting so maybe go for adidas or diadora for wider and go at least a half size up on your normal shoe for comfort if that's what you want to ensure that they aren't too tight as boots are generally designed to fit tight for better ball control
