Used to watch that Ireland Unfiltered on Joe.ie when it was on, any others worth looking at?, primarily interested in political or cultural interviews about the hour mark.

The Irish history podcast by Fin Dwyer is my favourite ongoing podcast. West Cork on audible was excellent. It was about the Sophie Tuscan de Plantier case and Ian Bailey participates in the podcast. I think it will be coming to Acast or SoundCloud soon, if it has not done so already. The GAA had an excellent one for the centenary of Bloody Sunday in November, I think it was called the Bloodied Field, it is on Spotify, I think or maybe SoundCloud.

Walking Tours of Kilkenny in English, French or German.

Fireside is great, alternating weeks of Irish mythology and folk tales, the host tells the story then gives a small bit of background

Fire Draw Near is hosted by one of the lads in Lankum and is all about folk music and the history and traditions of it.

The stand with Eamon Dunphy would be a good fit based on your interests
