    Morning,
Got woken early last night with alarm going off. Nothing was wrong thankfully.
Monitoring station telling me an issue with zone 29 but I have no way to identify what zone 29 is
We have keypads, PIR and door contacts all wireless
Any idea how to identify this?
    Thanks

Do you know what Visonic system you have?
Anything wired into an input card?

    Full system is wireless

There is two wired zones on the Powermax system 28 and 29.
Have you 29 devices on the system, it can take 30 wire free devices?

If you can do a walk test of the system this will allow you identify the zones.

    Issue solved
Zone 29 was set up as a LL connection back in the day, we've since moved to GSM

In define zones, zone 29 showed as active with a black square beside it

I (with the excellent help from a boardsie) disabled the zone. This is not clear from the manual

Go into installer menu, enrolling, then select zone, then it will say off to delete, press diarm button

    Thanks all
