Stand up or adjustable desk

Not sure if this is the right forum but can anyone recommend a stand-up or adjustable desk? Preferably one that sits on top of an existing desk.

Do you want an electronic one or a manually adjustable one, obv fairly hefty diff in price. There's plenty of mechanical options which work a bit like an ironing board in terms of raising and lowering height that can fit on a traditional desk and turn it from sitting to standing without too much effort.

Manual is fine. Happy to get what you are describing (iron board type). I am assuming I add the monitor myself.
I have never seen then for sale anywhere.

I bought this recently and would highly recommend. Excellent finish and no more back or neck pain.

I suggest an electric one - with preset heights. In practice this means you'll just use it in standing mode more.
You can buy the base (I have a flexispot one from Amazon) with an ikea table top. Overall it is excellent.
