Willow weaving/bsketry

    As there are abundant willows wild here. pondering this. I used to make place mats and simple baskets etc with the artificial cane decades ago..

    Has anyone skill in this? I know it will shrink as it dries.. Feels so lovely to handle the canes on the bush and the one near the end of the drive needs trimming as it is extending into the lane.

    biggreenweaving gives instruction on Youtube. They will also email you a copy of an instruction book.
