Engine noise when cold.

    Well folks

    I noticed in the last few week my car 2011 Passat petrol 1.4L is making a loud noise when starting from cold. It quiets down once engine warms up.

    Does it sound ok.

    Doesn't seem extraordinary but have you checked oil level? It may be noisier if the level has dropped.
