Any real benefit to Aer Lingus Advantage Fare over Plus ?

We have Vouchers from Aer Lingus since last year. Want to use them (likely travel 2022). Would normally travel Economy but looking to travel either Plus or Advantage. Besides Lounge Access and Fast Track at Security is there any other real difference? Specifically looking at Refunds/ Cancellation. TIA
