I have worked for the current company for 5 years, 2 years ago my boss agreed a substantial raise and a yearly pay review meeting as they were badly stuck at the time - last year, no raise, this year, as we are not in offices and at home and I dont see him, I sent him an email requesting a skype pay review meeting, no response after two weeks, emailed again, two days, no response, the whole time I have been interviewing elsewhere and got a few offers - I emailed my resignation this morning and the wee bollox rang me within 60 seconds

what makes your boss/ex-boss a plonker?

If only your boss was on boards , this thread would be hilarious.
