Mouldy shed - cleaning and prevention

Would covering the light, switch and power sockets and powerwashing work for cleaning? The shed has a PVC window and door and no ventillation. Would drilling a few holes do to…

Ventilation will be a big help. But what is wall build up ? Is dampness getting through walls ? Are you getting condensation on roof ? Typical construction would be 215mm hollow block perhaps plastered on outside.Cross ventilation works well so maybe newwall vents located opposite each other should help.
