Opinions on Peruzzo bike racks

Does anyone have experience of the Peruzzo bike carriers that Micks Garage sell? If so would you recommend or not? The arms on this look handier than the straps on the Halfords one, both are…

Not a tow bar mounted one, but used to use a hatch mounted one. It was heavy compared to others, but grand and secure for the money. Did mark the car, but then the car is never as clean as the bikes...
