Please pass following comment to management/IT management in you credit card department.

FYI: Perhaps others have already highlighted the following

For anyone who has a current and credit card account wishing to make a payment to their credit card your recently updated online system is much more difficult, even annoying, to use than the old system. It does not allow one see the credit card account balance when making a payment from a current or savings account relying on you remembering the balance when using the "Send money or pay a bill" option in payments.

The old system was much easier to use where you could see the credit card balance when making the payment.

An option to transfer money between accounts as in the old system where you can see account balances would be much better or have I missed something.

    Regards

    Hi Bmay529,

Thanks for getting in touch with us today.

We absolutely appreciate you taking the time to share this with us. If both accounts are registered for 365, you can click into the credit card account and select "pay now". This should auto-fill in the balance of this before making a payment.

We hope this information helps. Feel free to get back in touch if we can help with anything else.

    Thanks,
    Richard

Thank you. I hadn't noticed that option and it does what I asked.
