Where can I buy ball bearings??

Hello, can anyone suggest where i can buy ball bearings, (preferably online) without being charged like shipping of £17+ for a bearing that costs less than 5.

Specifically looking for a S698 2rs (8*19*6 mm stainless seal sealed)

It seems to be so hard to buy simple things in this country. Spent hours searching, either a total rip off or just not available.
