Insane laptop

Hi I need a laptop for work and would appreciate any help. I am no computer guru and feel out of depth with this. On looking for a laptop the following specs seem hard to get. I would appreciate any advice on where I might get?

• CPU: Intel Core i9-10980HK or AMD Ryzen 9 4900H/5900H
• RAM: 32 GB
• Graphic: Nvidia GeForce RTX 2070/2080/3070/3080/3090 Above 8GB (Not supporting Radeon)
• OS: Windows 10 Pro 64-bit

The following seems OK but not sure if windows pro. or if you can import from them without an import tax?

NO budget just get the best for the best price, would like to stay below 4K ideally. Doesn't have to be 17" but would be good. Its use is singularly for a photoscanning machine that creates virtual 3D objects allowing sunsequent CADCAM.

add more ram if you need it yourself (clicks in - just need a screwdriver - e.g. replace existing sodimm sticks)

comes in about 1800 euros - ships to Ireland

has 32gb ram and big ssd in it already

just have to use a plug end converter or swap the lead from the power brick to the mains - commonly available

voltage is not an issue

seems that strix is not available to order for Ireland
