    Hello,

I'm looking to get a car check done on a car that I'm thinking of buying, I know there are the likes of Car Tell and Motor Check, I haven't used any in years, just wondering who the best company to use nowadays is please?

    Thanks

I have bought two cars in the past - Ford Fiesta 08 and Honda Jazz and have used motorcheck, decent info I paid €40, i think. All I care about really is if the car is stolen or been in an accident.

only part of the irish history check worth its salt is the finance check. Everything else is pretty much rubbish unless the car came from the UK. Irish insurers are not obliged to register crashed cars like they are in UK, nor does the NCT publish findings like MOT in UK. So for an irish car there is no historical data to give you really. finance check is vital though !
