Thank you. The mother was inquiring off me other other day if I knew anything about them going. I think she needs to get a new remote with a working 0 first anyway.

10891H22000 I got 7 results but I cant get them into the bouquet.

    METHOD 1:-
After you do a scan, highlight the channel you want, hit MENU and choose "add service to bouquet". Select the bouquet and hit OK. The new channel will be added to the end of bouquet. You can later move it and delete the old entry. With the bouquet on screen, hit MENU and choose "enable move mode". Highlight the required channel and move the name up or down as you like then hit OK. Remember to hit MENU and choose "disable move mode" when finished.

    METHOD 2:-
After doing a scan use WEBIF bouquet editor. Enter the box network address into a web browser on the same network and pick "BouquetEditor". Highlight the required provider BSkyB (top left), the required bouquet (top right) and required channel (bottom left). Press "add selection to bouquet". The new channel will be added to the bottom of the bouquet list (bottom right)
Once added to your chosen bouquet, grab the 3 lines in front of channel name (bottom right) and drag the name up or down to the desired location for whatever channel order you like.

You can also select the old entry on the bottom right and delete it.
