I live in a 3 bed semi and my oil boiler has packed up and we need a new one. We are just considering our options. Currently the boiler is outside in a small shed. Any suggestions on what we should go for? Replace the oil boiler or maybe go for gas? I live in a town and there is gas available in our area.

I got a new circulation pump last week thinking it would sort out the problem. Straight after the boiler started leaking. So I think it is a goner. It’s probably about 20 years old at this stage.
