    Looking to head to Dublin tomorrow morning from limerick. Worth taking a chance?

    just don't wear a gaa jersey, the gardai have mounted armed 24/7 checkpoints on every road into Dublin and anyone from the country is shot on sight.

    Also as a note both clearys and cafe kylemore have been permanently closed, so theres no real need to come up here.

    Fire away. If you get stopped you can tell the Gardai that randomers on boards.ie told you it was ok.

    Unless you've a valid reason (that'll satisfy the Gardai) for doing so I recommend you don't - but you already knew that.
