Mortgage and a break up

Hi there, i am 5 years into a joint mortgage with my partner but its not working out, we are thinking of breaking up. Just wondering if she buys me out of the mortgage and i go to buy my own house then am i a first time buyer again or would i be a 2nd time buyer...all comments welcome
