I have a Humax and it keeps saying no signal. I have checked all the wires. Re tuned it several times. Unplugged it and left it over night. The signal is fine on the TV!?!!! Even more strange is that I can watch programs I previously recorded. Honest my head is scrambled
We have an Ariel and I looked at That wire. But as I say the signal is fine on the TV
Could anyone tell me what I can do next please :-)). Xx
    Take care Julie

No signal on sat or aerial services?
Plenty of sat channels moved on 28.2.

    any sat channels working.

128 channels came up. But on screen it says no signal? Is that what you mean. Sorry I’m not very clever on this

Does it use a satellite dish or an aerial to receive the channels?

Cant be aerial as we dont have that many.

" On my Humax box you can go into settings and check the signal strength coming into the box. That said, ours shows two signal inputs but we can only record/watch on one. For a complete reset you have to turn it off and press a reset button on the back – worth checking the web for more details. "

If you have 2 sat feeds both should have a reading.
If you have another box try swapping them over as its down to lnbs cable or dish issue.

I have the same problem with my Humax FVP-4000T. It seems to need a near perfect quality signal to function properly.

If dish moves signal may drop and how old is your lnb as they weather and may need replacing every 10 years or so.

Is this quality reading from the receiver itself? If that's the case, 'perfect' could mean just barely good enough.

Think the OP here concerns a satellite setup, though.

seems like your satellite dish needs to be realigned/adjusted and maybe your lnb too....any handyman nearby who can do this for you? should be a quick fix

    Clicking here suggests 170 + ??

    https://www.freesat.co.uk/channels

One of the reasons of confusion post is in a cable and digital / terrestrial thread and not in a sat thread.
