I have a persistent tbc problem and have found some milk fats deposits in milk line after washing ,the only problem I see is the detergent foaming up in the milk jar would this cause the detergent to be less effective .I am particular about the hot wash routine daily so this is baffling me ,milking machine man said there should be no foam in this particular detergent like the jar would be half filled with suds and foam

Are you using the correct ratio of detergent to the volume of water.

    Milk pump ok??

If a persistent Tbc problem perhaps get a chlorine based detergent for a hot wash or two, just rinse well after it, 2 rinses and paracetic acid in the last one . Is your hot water getting above 70°? Re the foaming perhaps check the mix and as said the milk pump. Use circodine cf here and foaming doesn't seem too bad, a switch of detergent could help as well seeing as it's not sorting tbc anyway

I’d be checking the line between the receiver jar and sanitary jar. That’s always a favourite place for a load of crud to build up.

    Plate coolers also.

What sort of pump have you, diaphragms can split to a pocket and hold a load of gunk but still pump a bit.

Sometimes you just need a technician out to chase this stuff down.

I'd be surprised if its not the non return valve. Have a look at the seal on the milk pump aswell.
