Leap Card NFC on iphone

Hi folks, anyone try the new top up facility for leap card on iphone 7 ? As far as I know the IP7 is NFC enabled but no joy on the wife's phone with card recognition. Works fine on IP12 & 8 in same household.

The app store says that some iPhone 7 and 7 Plus models due to NFC chips used may experience scanning issues or delays and users houd adjust the position of the card.

Working fine on my 7. You just have to hold it specifically up the top of the phone exact as it is in the pic on screen.

This has been way overdue in coming to IOS! I gave it a try there and it worked pretty well.
