    Hi All,
Would anyone have any suggestions as to where I might get outdoor electric string lights (not solar) with softwhite bulb in Ireland?

    Many Thanks

B&Q often have the best selection of reasonably priced garden lights in my opinion. I've gotten both solar and non solar there before, including strings. Range changes often and their website is poor enough but if there's one near you, could be worth a look.

Lights.ie also excellent. Not looked for what you've mentioned but friends swear by it. Despite the Irish domain name, I think they may be German or Dutch. Huge selection of all sorts of lights.

Yep. Solar. I was told there a waste of money.

    Pure crap,

They are usually so cheaply made that they are not UV stable and just fall apart.

then get binned , batteries and all.

Such a disgrace, they should be banned
