    I have to laugh.

There was a young lad on it today only 21 and in the army. So the only budget he had wa he could spend 500 to 600 pound a month.
He wanted something big and luxurious. So they showed him a BMW X6, An Audi Q8, a big Jaguar F-Pace and a Tesla S.
Not a thing about running cost or how expensive any of them cars would be if he even got a small ding on a bumper to repair or for new tyres.the truth is this fellow was in dream land and I would say he will learn quickly that these cars are way above his budget. Anyway I think he went for the Tesla in the end prob because it's the only one he might have been able to afford to run out of them four.

I had to laugh on another episode the buyer said that a Citroen C4 Picasso was better to drive than a Ford S-Max 2.5 litre lol.

    Live long and Prosper

    Peace and long life.

I think if you like cars and want to give something expensive/mad/etc ago when you young you might as well. You may not get the chance when you settle down, have a family, etc. (Providing you can in some way afford it).

Rachel would have gone for something reasonably priced and with efficient fuel mileage.

The Yank car resto shows are just funny........

Seller: "Well I'm not sure what this old car is worth but I'm looking for about $5k"

Buyer: "Hmm, well I could go maybe $1500, it has a scratch on the bottom of the muffler and the blinker fluid needs replacing"

    Seller: "Could you do $2k"

    Buyer: "Done!"

    Later on show......

Buyer: "This car is worth $8k as it sits, if I can just get it runnin' and drivin' I'm going to be looking for $10-12k - CASH IN THE BANK!"

You'd wonder why the seller didn't think of this! Unless of course it all total BS designed to make good TV.......
