would 22mm insulated plasterboard be good enough to insulate a ceiling in a wooden shed (approx. 6 m x 3 m shed)
    thanks in advance

What's the intended use of shed and reason for insulating ? Are walls and floor insulated ?

    have the walls insulated
going to be used as a part time workshop/man shed type of thing

I've seen that stuff its often retrofitted into the reveals of window openings in older houses as a consolation, because you cant get much else into it, and insulation wasn't part of the original design
It's only got 10mm of actual insulation.
I'm guessing it wont make much difference to your shed roof..

For comparison, my extension was specced for 120mm kingspan TR27 3 years ago

aside from discussions around dew points, warm/cold roofs, ventilation, eliminating draughts etc etc - I'd say get whatever you physically can up there, starting from about 70mm PIR
