Linear shower drain...

Hi . Pouring sub floor next week... intend to put linear drains in shower upstairs and down...subfloor is 125mm concrete ...then later in the build , a full block make up ( 150mm insulation And 75mm screed . Can I install linear drain pipe work after the subfloor..it avoids extra holes in radon... thanks
