Hi all,
Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

    Hi, getting this reply when I speak a command since weekend, tried all the usual quick fixes and no joy.
    Has anyone had and found a fix for this?

    I have the same issue as you for months now on my 4 nest mini's.

    I have reset to factory, reinstalled, and many other things and it still happens for me most of the time.

    nothing seems to fix it, its a pain.

    I factory reset the mini. and re installed the iOS app. All has been good so far 🤞
