    Hi All,

I think over the past year due to the actions of management within my
Workplace I've had to resign from my job.
Can anyone recommend a solicitor that would specialize in
Workplace issues so I may contact them to seek advice?

If this isy against the charter please lock/delete.
Not looking for legal advice here, just who I should go to for advice.
    Thanks
    Joe

Contacting the workplace relations commission would be a good start as they deal with many in the legal field and could most likely recommend someone.

WRC might be a better starting point if applicable. Without any information it has hard to advise appropriately. They have a arbitration service for workplace related disputes.

I would look for someone with either HR or Union experience that might be able to advise you if you have a case.
