Hi. Can anyone advise how the panels for Cork Co Co staff officer positions work please? If you are placed on a panel, what's the likelihood of actually being placed in a role within the 12 month time frame? I'm on the open panel. Thanks.

It seems they will offer positions first from Panel A, then B, then C, then back to A etc. etc. Your number on the Open panel would equate to where you would have fallen in the old style single panel. Again it all depends on how many vacant positions there will be. Sometimes everyone gets offered something, sometimes not and it's hard to call it. If you were within the top 20-25 youd have a decent chance.
