Outlet pipe water coming out

    Hi folks my gas boiler outlet pipe on back wall , water comes out now quite a lot dripping when heating is on never noticed that before any ideas thanks

    Sounds like the outlet from a pressure relief valve.

    Could be the result of a defective expansion vessel.
