    Hi,

    We have two private rooms in a shared house in South Dublin to rent for working people.

    The price is 500e for the small room and 600e for the largest room. The deposit is one month rent and the bills are approx 40 to 50e monthly.

    Two bathrooms in the house. Close to LIDL Greenhills and Tymon Park.

    Three people are currently living in the house (1 french man, 1 moldavian man and his girlfriend) and we are looking for tenants for the 2 available rooms.

    Quiet house, harmony and big respect between tenants.
