Unpasteurised milk supply

    Hi folks.
    I have a friend, a chef, who is looking for a supplier of unpasteurised milk. she is talking about 200 litres per day and is in the Dublin area with the scope to increase.

    She has a plan to make cheese. I don't know any more about it.

    Where or who should she talk to about getting a supply

    Maybe try Michael Keating of the Natural Milk/Dairy, he sells at farmers markets in Dublin.
