Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

Sony WH-CH500 Wireless Headphones Not Turning On

    This evening my wireless Sony WH-CH500 headphones ran out of power so had to charge them of course. They have been charged for several hours now but don't seem to be turning on. Tried turning on Bluetooth on my phone for assistance, but no luck either. Can anyone offer any advice on how I may get this to work?

    I have found sometimes devices that go dead flat don't like to charge off the mains, try and charge it off of a laptop or PC USB port, these tend to trickle charge and alleviate the problem.
