    Hello.

    I am not sure as to why I did not receive my policy documents by post. The email you sent me to download my documents has failed to open them following your instructions. Can you address this issue please as my windscreen notice is now out of date.

    Our documents are now digital I am sorry to hear you have not been able to download these from the online portal. Can you confirm your policy number I will look into this further for you?
