Anyone have an idea how to source wholesale clothing for men. (Jack and Jones, Diesel etc). Is the margin any better than going on mandmdirect etc.

Also if anyone has any good spots for children and womens clothing (branded or unbranded), that would be great too.

Not for me, just for a friend interested in making a bit more income

Maybe try some of the companies in Fashion City out in Ballymount.. It seems to have a lot of agents and wholesalers selling to trade

Brand names are protective of the outlets they sell to. In most cases you will undergo a process and they will ensure that you will not conflict with others in the area.

Premium brands will only accept premium outlets.

MandM direct are part of the bestseller group (Jack and Jones, Vero Moda Name It, Only and others) and whilst good value, they would not be seen as cheap and the goods are usually past seasons.

As above, Fashion City in Ballymount is where the wholesalers are, but again they will not just sell to anyone who calls to their door.

I've used wholesale clearance in the past buying job lots and selling them invidually has worked out pretty well.

They normally have a good few branded joblots you won't get a reliable supply of similar stock but might be the odd thing that works for you.
