Ford tractor gearbox oil

    How much oil goes into the gearbox. This one seems low, I see a bung beside the gearstick but how far from top does the oil go

    I notice on the left hand side of tractor a small alan key type bung too about 3 or 4 inches down from the top so do you fill til it runs out here

    What tractor is it? There should be a dipstick attached to the filler plug. 2 1/4 gallons for most of them AFAIK.

    If the seat's wet, sit on yer hat, a cool head is better than a wet ar5e.

    Square head plug in front of the clutch pedal I think
