Looks like temperature tonight will be zero for a few hours. Poured foundations this morning. Does the concrete need any protection?

Shouldn't really have been poured if it's going to freeze but hindsight is 20/20. I'd give the builder a bit of a warning about it tomorrow although ... (sorry had to delete this bit because it's verging on structural advice)

Should be covered if possible but that depends on shape and how fresh it is.

Go and cover it with a sheet of plastic

Should be fine if it had all day to harden, might be no harm cover it tho

How deep was the pour? What's the foundation for?

Have you a structural engineer on the build?
