Hoping for some helpful advice on this one...

Parents died within an 8 month period both leaving no will.
There are 7 adult children now with an equal share each, whilst things are amicable right now there is no talk about keeping or selling.
One sister currently lives there but is not in position to buy the others out.

What would the situation be if a minority (1 or 2) wanted to sell, would it have to be put on the market?

Any one of the co-owners can demand a sale. It is also possible that a share could be bought out by one or more of the others buying it.

Has a grant of probate been taken out yet?
