    Hi all

Just wondering what is the best spray for the above. We cleared a piece of ground maybe 2years ago and got the furse bushes dug out. I've noticed they have started coming again. I was wondering would I mulsh all the new growth and spay with a suitable spray or just spray new growth.

As regards the rushes we tend to mulsh these every year but we will hopefully mulsh as well this year and spray. Is this right approach and can this be done now. Again what spray would ye advice. .

    Thanks in advance .

That’s what I’m planning on doing. I’ll be using D50 for the rushes. I find it the best. It’s about €65 for two gallons but I dunno the rate as I’ll have a lad do it.

Others might say about the furze but I happened to read the label of grazon pro and it says it’s effective on them. It’s about €70 a litre and can be used in a knapsack if you’ve small amounts to do.

Use grazon on furze, better on younger plants. But it seems to do the job...
