How much to cancel virgin broadband?

    Hi there can somebody tell me how much virgin media broadband cancellation cost is?I've had it for more than 14 days. 35 days in total.thank you

    If you are in a contract it should be in the paperwork they sent you given you've passed the cooling-off period.

    Call or tweet them to get the exact amount.

    From https://www.virginmedia.ie/pdf/Mobile/VM_CRM_21715_Charges-Page-for-Website_0321.pdf, it says €150

    "If you cancel when you are in contract a charge of €150.00 per product or the monthly amount for the remaining months of your contract will
    apply to you, whichever is less. As an example, for a customer on Naked 250 Broadband paying €59 per month on a 12 month contract with 2
    months remaining, your in contract cancellation fee would be calculated as follows: €59 x 2 =€118"

    In your other thread you say that Virgin are billing you for 2 packages in error. If that is the case and they are not actually supplying you with 2 separate connections each with its own modem then one service is clearly not being supplied and you should be able to cancel one or other without penalty.
