Reflection on screen makes it difficult to watch a movie

    I’m watching a movie on my iPhone 11 and whenever there is a scene in a dark location my reflection on the screen is very distracting and makes me t difficult to see what is is happening.

    Is there anyway to reduce or eliminate it?

    Being in a dark room seems to be the only time I can properly watch something.
