    I got this response to a payment I made online. However the money was still taken from my account.

    How can I rectify?

    Hi WhiteWalls,

    Thanks for your post. 

    If this was a card payment and the retailer has confirmed they haven't received the payment, the amount showing on your account will correct automatically within five business days. Once it has corrected the payment will no longer show in your transactions.
