HI,

I just cleaned out my PS4 stripped and new Thermal Paste all straight forward have done it with my PRO and XBOX no issues. however when I turn it back on I get the ps4 cannot start ps4 connect the dual shock error, NO big deal only I have tried 3 known good controllers and 3 cables one is just brand new this morning.

I have used the reset button on the controllers and also tried the turn off and wait method mentioned.

Fun fact the ports charge my phone fine and the controllers its just they wont get me past the screen. It is the same in safe mode also.

Anyone any ideas?
