Registration cert issue

Hi. Buying a car in NI. On Southern plates and never exported when bought 7 years ago by current owner so still with Southern Registration cert. However the cert has been signed and dated by the current owner and the previous seller. Car being sold by a dealer, not a main agency. If I buy how do I sort registration cert out as I'm concerned about import or vrt issues. Can I change cert to my name or is this tampering or can I get a new one issued? Thanks for reading and any advice welcome.

I've previously tippexed and corrected errors on them and never had a problem.

If the car is on Irish plates then Irish VRT is not an issue.

Maybe I'm taking you up wrong, but has the car been unregistered in the North for 7 years with a Registration certificate dated 7 years ago?

If that's the case, walk away.

FYI, if you move to a 'smart' meter electricity plan, you CAN'T move back to a non-smart plan.

You don't have to take a 'smart' meter if you don't want one, opt-out is available.

Buy drinks in 3L or bigger plastic bottles or glass bottles or cartons to avoid the DRS fee.
