    That should be fine, big 135mm fan and it says it's designed for low noise.

    Maxes at 20db near full load. Typical load is only around 11db. You won't hear that inside a decent case.

    The case, cpu and gpu fans will be louder.

    Fan shuts off at low loads as well.

    I personally only use seasonic now after getting shafted on a 5yr warranty by coolermaster.

    seasonic have a 10yr warranty and produce top of the range supplies

    Corsair RM are top-of-the-line products.
    Jonnyguru (one of the best PSU reviewers of all time) is their product manager now AFAIK.
