Switching from public to semi/private

Does anyone know what is the status of moving late from public to semi-private / private at Holles Street? We were semi-private on a previous occasion but for various reasons are classified as extremely high risk on this occasion. Does anyone know what is the status of moving late from public to semi-private / private at Holles Street?

We were semi-private on a previous occasion but for various reasons are classified as extremely high risk on this occasion. For the time being we are public and cannot fault the care at all but we are more looking towards the accommodation after arrival (and we know that this can all be "luck of the draw").

We have health insurance which would cover us for private but just wondered if anyone had any experience of moving to private late / 11th hour?
