I have a few gold rings and some other gold items. Anybody know where the best place to sell them? Should I do a cash for gold job online or go into a second hand jewellery store?

cash for gold will purely give you the metal value.

A pawn shop or a jewellers that sells second hand jewellery might be best option as they'd at the very least give you the metal value and if they are decent items, they'd give you extra for the article value.

Jewellery has quite high margins, so expect about 30%-40% of what you originally paid
