I have a slight creaking noise in front of car only noticable when driving very slowly and turning around a car park. I had the same problem last summer but it went away and only came back again a few weeks ago during the dry spell. I gave it to a mechanic to look at and he said there was give in the ball joints so I had to get 2 wishbones put in the front which cost me 470 euro. But now today I noticed there is still a creaking noise which is so annoying after paying out that money. I am thinking of ringing the mechanic to tell him but I know he will only take it back in and fix something else for more money and the noise probably won't be fixed.

You won't get far with that attitude or approach. Try a softly softly approach.

Hi, did you get a chance to check the stabiliser link bar? I got this similar issue and would not recognise untill I removed all suspension. I changed this broken bar then creaking noise gone. It was really difficult to find if I did not remove all for inspection.

How did you know the link bar was the problem?
I sprayed some silicone spray today on the upper ball joints, links and bushings and still the creaking is there. I don't want to change the links and maybe this might not move my problem.

    Hi,
I removed fully everything and phydically inspected them. I could shake it by my hand and heard the noise when I removed it. I could re-torque it too but replaced a new one bought in EuroCarpart for €25. Loose bolt was my issue.
