there's some option in the menus that allows you to remove certain packs, like you can remove campaign, mp or co-op.
the recent patch automatically deleted them form many, me included and I had to redownload some of them

To reduce the file size of Modern Warfare, start by removing any game modes you don’t play, like Campaign or Multiplayer.
