It's not Baileys, I think it's the Aldi one? I'm gone to bed now :D
I love liquer, it's my end of the night drink if I'm on a big night out. Baileys and ice.
4AD, do you have someone to do a mock interview with before Monday?

Baileys/irish knights/ballycastle what have you, drank so much of that the last few months i think i forgot the taste of coffee without it :o

    I think it's Ballycastle!
I'd say pretty calorific mixed with coffee and sugar. Oh well! We'll live a little.

Oh no need for sugar at all, just a measure, no cream needed every time either, hence why i was having it so often :o

    Google the STAR technique.

I detest interviews, hate the bs , definitely STAR , health and safety is also a biggie , handling difficult clients/customers is another topical one if applicable. It's really not worth stressing about it especially if you're not too pushed about the job, just tell yourself that by Monday afternoon it will be over and it's up to them then.

Bedside with my hot water bottle, binged tv for hours tonight, stuff that didn't need any concentration eg Gogglebox, Naked Attraction, Vera and a bit of The Late Late, need to do something productive tomorrow ...maybe.

STAR interview techniques, never heard of it, but it appears interesting, thanks. (no planned interviews)

Early mornings in Ramadan are kinda like that Will Smith movie, waking up and the streets are totally deserted. So great time for me to go walking :):)

    Nespresso first of course.

You should have Mutt with you to complete the look!.

    Shhhh!

It is so utterly deeply silent out here... Grey and chilly... nothing planned just a quiet old day and hopefully sorting a big new container as I got the compost in; carrots ( soil is too shallow here) and various other roots.. seaweed at the base..

Nothing to knit and I really hate that! HATE it! idle hands are not my scene.
GRRRRR!! Makes me feel as useless as I am!.

Glorious morning here, attending a friends mother’s funeral later, she was diagnosed with terminal cancer last year. Very sad :(

I am meeting a friend for a walk today and ridiculously excited about it :o

Not long home from the funeral, very sad day.

In other news the sun is shining here and Alfie is ready for his walk :)

What a day. And it's only been three hours for me so far. Comfort eating is the only way.

Mixed fortunes day for the Where'ers it seems.

Hanging at home. Mad busy day (ha ha I mean it's all relative...) organising new furniture that arrived, rearranging pictures, doing some spring planting... Feels so good to be busy and doing stuff again where I can see a material outcome. Know what I mean?

    Auto, sorry for your loss.
An elderly neighbour whom I shop for (I thought I could phase that out with vaccinations etc but I would miss them and their gossip and stories too much so I'm waiting to be "fired" :o :P) told me that she lost 3 friends this week. Old age, illness etc. but with one exception is missing the funerals. She's of an age where all her family/friends are dying. And she's cool out and brave but I was so so sad for her.

Anyway, chilling for the night. Hope tomorrow is bright and sunny, it's time to get back into some long morning runs. Needs must. Sigh. :)

Auto, funerals these days are so tough. Feels strange not to be able to hug people or at least shake hands.
I'm here watching Neil Jordan on TT. Cannot believe he is 71, he looks mid 60s to me.

Chilling on the sofa in my OH’s place, re-watching Downton Abbey series 5 on the DVD player. :)

Auto, sorry for your friend’s loss.

Ah no, Graces7, please don’t go. :( I love your posts on the simplicity and serenity of your island life. You are a tonic to the souls of many in this thread. :)

Haven't had that many interactions with yourself but you really shouldn't allow bullies make you leave this site, report them. Take care

Disappointed to see Graces7 leave again, there are some people who have taken a dislike to her in other topics and she has suffered because of it. It is really sad as I see this as one of her only lifelines. But we can still keep in touch with her through her blog.

Morning time, Nespresso and a walk. Sky is crystal clear and I don’t think that I have to work today.

Morning all :) Thanks for all your messages, very strange not to be able to hug but we will again.

I don’t know what happened but Grace should feel safe to post in here :)

    Happy Sunday!!!

Totally agree with you Smurfjed. Some people just can't help themselves and should be ashamed of themselves for bullying a woman of her age too.

Bedside, just about to get up and do the Sunday fryup
