Hope you're not feeling too ill and get to enjoy the isolation with that beautiful dog. I have escaped so far but will be ferrying grandchildren to school again from Thursday. Masks on and windows open but it's difficult to avoid the hugs as I drop the littlest one off to playschool.

No one in their house has tested positive so they are being very careful also.

@smurfjed hope you don't feel unwell. It's mad (brilliant!) how efficient the system is but sounds like Big Brother a bit.

I'm still not back at my work yet but I'm actually OK about Christmas being over. I get to a point and I feel allergic to it. I have most of the decorations down since yesterday.

Trying to commit someway to the 100 days of walking. I know I won't stick 100% to it but if I even did 60% it'd be good going for me.

Just back from the forest now.

Not a bad day at all, back in a routine which was badly needed, short (very short ☺️) walk after work, a takeaway coffee as a treat afterwards 🙄😄, roads were fine just needed to defrost windscreen.

2nd test from a different clinic came back negative, this is where it gets fun as my electronic Covid pass shows that I have to remain isolated for the whole 10 days regardless of the negative result.

Kitchen table supping a coffee in a big Christmas mug....feck it I'm clinging on to the Christmas feeling.......anyway I've got a rat under my shed and the shed where I keep the wood so the Fecker has made him/herself a bit of a run....I'm putting down poison for the last 4 nights and it keeps been taken so now so fingers crossed......Next step is camouflage make up and a rambo knife in a stake out lol lol..........rat doesn't realise who he's up against....I don't turn up to compete....I turn up to win...lol lol
